The teachers
The permanent teachers

All the permanent 4IM teachers have had some occupational experience before joining the Institute. They are recognized in their domain and their method of teaching is pragmatic and really appropriate for the expectations of the business industry.

  • They give lectures and practical lessons, according to what they are specialized in.
  • They train the 4IM students and follow the progress of the students.
  • They supervise the work experience and the student's work at the end of the studies.
  • They form a well-knit pragmatic pluridisciplinary team, taking in all the aspects of the 4IM specializations.
  • They make applied research contracts for manufacturers all along the year.
  • They take part in the E-learning pedagogic content and are in charge of the e-mail tutorial system.

They take part in the 4IM Educational and Technological Vigilant Committee.

Teachers on a temporary contract

The part-time teachers come from occupational world.
They can intervene, from time to time, on a very specific subject, or for a more significant teaching duty, taking part in the definition of the curriculum.

  • They give lectures (in the lecture wall)
  • They give classes on one or more several subjects
  • They are responsible for the practical work
  • They collaborate on seminars
  • They take part in "4IM breakfasts" with the groups of students
  • As permanent or part time members, they take part in the 4IM Educational and Technological Vigilant Committee

They provide dome basics for the courses and some educational support for E-learning.
